Yeah this guy is a triathlete. Not a full bore "mountain biker" or "roadie". However if you ever have the opportunity to hear about his experience, or even (try) to race him, (which i did in an XTERRA West Championship race) you will quickly learn that Conrad is one of the hardest core bike riders out there.
